"Living my legacy" is important to me.  In fact, it is one of my named "values".  I want to leave a positive outcome with people who want to change or improve, whether that be an executive or professional, or a student, or someone living with anxiety or trauma. 

My legacy is to help people to UNSCRAMBLE.

Who do I work with and what do I do?

​

I am an executive & professional coach, a life coach, a career coach, a student mentor, a hypnotherapist a counsellor and my goal is to help you in whatever way I can.

​

I work best with executives and career professionals who maybe want to reach the next level or who are experiencing some level of "burnout". But, I also work well with students (years 12 onwards) and people who are experiencing some level of anxiety or stress.

What experience do I have?

All my life I have valued helping others achieve or to overcome. And this has built a skillset comprising over 30 years of executive & professional coaching, mentoring and counselling experiences, combined with a wealth of formal discipline training with related practical training / CPD.

This is what I do and have done with others to help them UNSCRAMBLE:

• I have coached and mentored 100s of executives & career professionals.

  • I myself reached a CTO (Chief Technology Officer) for an industry segment at IBM – a large, multi-national IT organisation.

​

• I have mentored 10s, maybe hundreds of students either in 6th form, (ages 16, 17, 18) or at college/university and beyond.

  • I am student mentor at both the University of Birmingham & Aston University.

  • I am an Enterprise Advisor for a local secondary/grammar school.

  • I have coached elite U18 football/players for the past 10 years.

• I have provided counselling support services to people from all walks of life.

  • I have supported people who have experienced trauma events in their life.

  • I have given many clients a platform to “off-load” and then to work through their own anxieties or worries.

  • I have experienced my own trauma event over 30 years ago, and also experienced “corporate burnout”.

  • I am a qualified Mental Health First Aider.

• I have a growing reputation as a master hypnotherapist.

  • I have helped people to become ex-smokers.

  • I have helped individuals to make better eating choices.

  • I have cleared chronic pain for clients.

  • I have opened the door to people’s inner genius & creativity.

  • I have enabled people to see their own future vision.

  • I have obliterated limiting beliefs that hold people back.

And I do all the above with focused compassion; sometimes very direct, and other times very gentle.

I am very comfortable using video conferencing as a communications vehicle. Due to Covid-19, I will be working via video conferencing for the foreseeable future.
